Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker in the United States to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products/services.

You will provide exceptional service, educate customers on online/mobile banking, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ year in relevant customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build and retain customer relationships and present banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about bank products and services and deepen internal partnerships.
• Promote use of online/mobile banking and other technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
