Job summary

Huntington is hiring a Financial Relationship Banker to help our consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow relationships by understanding customers' needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking solutions.

You will educate customers on using online and mobile banking, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced positions.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, and sourcing referrals from customers, bank colleagues and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
