Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Background in banking, financial services or retail sales preferred.
• Background check and fingerprinting as per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships and referrals.
• Educating customers on bank products and online/mobile banking.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
