Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker at our Minneapolis branch to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships.

You will identify financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and banking products while maintaining excellent service. Key duties include resolving customer issues, driving referrals, educating customers on online/mobile banking, and adhering to policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service/sales experience in banking or related field.
• Background check with fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred with 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers on bank products and services to deepen relationships.
• Assist customers with banking technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and compliance.
