Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, centers of influence, a disciplined sales process, referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships and promote services.
• Educate customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies; adhere to security, risk and regulatory policies.
