Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor in the Process Improvement organization. The role supports operational and technology improvements across multiple U.S. locations and may allow remote work in select geographies.

You will lead root cause analysis, quantify value opportunities, and drive end-to-end process changes with stakeholders and teams. The role requires 3+ years of BA experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort working with data

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; military service may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and business process modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Mentors and coaches associates to transfer knowledge and best practices.
