Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Leads development and review of complex processes, workflow analytics and reporting.
• Mentors and coaches associates to transfer knowledge.
• Oversees policy and procedure documentation.
• Translates business needs with stakeholders to determine solutions.
• Communicates with senior stakeholders and technology teams on complex requirements.
• Manages multiple BA projects through planning, QA and distribution of reports.
