Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor within its C&IB Business Technology Servicing organization, based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC.

You will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear specifications, and mentor teammates, guiding complex projects with stakeholders and technology teams.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, with in-office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis with Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Experience with agile software development and requirements gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting.
• Mentors, leads and coaches other associates to transfer knowledge.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of all applicable policies and procedure documentation.
• Translates business needs and processes by partnering with stakeholders to determine needs.
• Leads multiple BA project management processes through planning, QA and effectiveness assessment.
• Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.
