Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to partner with Commercial Lending and the C&IB Business Technology Servicing organization. You will identify business needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions to improve operational performance across teams.

You will also mentor others and drive complex reporting and process improvements. The role may be eligible for remote work in select locations; in-office participation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Mentoring and coaching associates to transfer knowledge.
• Experience developing and maintaining policy and procedure documentation.

Responsibilities

• Directs research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements to support project goals.
• Mentors and coaches associates; oversees policy/procedure documentation.
• Translates business needs by partnering with stakeholders to articulate requirements for senior level stakeholders and tech teams.
• Leads multiple business analysis PM processes through planning, QA and reporting.
