Based in Charlotte or other key markets, you will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams in an Agile environment. You will mentor teammates, drive process improvements, develop test cases, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Directs research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements and supports project goals.
• Mentors and coaches associates; oversees policy/documentation.
• Translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements; communicates with senior stakeholders.
• Leads multiple business analysis projects, planning, QA and reporting.
