Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor within its Process Improvement organization. Location options include Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am ET – 5:00 pm ET, with occasional travel. The role leverages process improvement and project management to drive end-to-end operational enhancements, risk management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements for projects and processes.
• Independently mentors and coaches other associates to transfer knowledge and improve analysis.
• Translate business needs by partnering with stakeholders to determine and articulate requirements.
• Lead multiple business analysis project management processes from planning to deployment and reporting.
