PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Advisor to join the CIB Business Technology Servicing team.

Based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC, the role focuses on researching, discovering and interpreting business requirements, and leading complex process improvements with cross‑functional teams. You will mentor others, oversee documentation, and drive the delivery of impactful reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Research, discovery and interpretation of business requirements.
• Development and review of processes, workflow analytics and reporting.
• Mentor and coach associates to transfer knowledge.
• Oversee policy and procedure documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and define solution approach and scope.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Research and resolve lending business and technical issues with management and end users.
• Create process and data flow documentation, current and future state mappings.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and guide testing resources.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Write, review and refine user stories; API testing experience is a plus.
