PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor within the Process Improvement organization, based in Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, and occasional travel may be required to support key projects and initiatives. This role leads business analysis work, root cause analysis, data interpretation and process improvements with potential SharePoint/Power Platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications are often desired; none required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Mentors, leads, and coaches other associates; oversees policy and procedure documentation.
• Translates business needs by partnering with experts and stakeholders.
• Leads multiple BA project management processes from planning to deployment and reporting.
