PNC is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor within its Process Improvement organization. Based in Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA, this role partners with diverse stakeholders to drive end-to-end process improvements and operational efficiency.

Core hours are 8:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET, with occasional travel to support key projects and conferences; remote work may be available in select locations upon approval.

Formación

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis and project management is preferred.
• Ability to lead assignments with limited guidance and manage scope, risks, and deliverables.

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Mentors, leads and coaches associates to transfer knowledge and improve processes.
• Translates business needs into documented requirements and communicates with stakeholders and technology teams.
• Leads multiple business analysis project management processes from planning through deployment and reporting.
