Job summary

The Summer College Internship Program at Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. is a 10-week paid summer experience for undergraduate and graduate students.

Interns attend development workshops, network, and work on meaningful projects mentored by managers across multiple tracks. From June to August, interns may work up to 40 hours per week; housing is not provided, and there may be occasional remote work opportunities case-by-case.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support mentor-guided projects within assigned divisions.
• Contribute to regulatory research and state filings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at internship completion.
