Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from early June to mid-August, with up to 40 hours per week. Interns explore tracks across Business, IT, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and more, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while attending development workshops.

Housing is not provided; interns may choose from technical or non-technical areas and will present final deliverables at internship end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with varied audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory research and assist with state filings.
• Maintain corporate records and review policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations upon internship completion.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects and complete assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Regular attendance and willingness to perform additional tasks as needed.
