Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is offering a 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops across multiple tracks including IT, analytics, business, and more.

The program runs from early June to mid-August, up to 40 hours per week, with paid compensation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in Computing Sciences or IT/Information Governance programs.
• Creative and strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Good academic standing.
• Ability to multitask and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting under guidance.
• Assist with metric reporting and ECO reporting.
• Collaborate with mentor on strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to code of conduct.
• Attend development workshops and participate in projects.
• Regular attendance and teamwork.
