Job summary

Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns attend workshops, are mentored by managers, and work on meaningful projects across technical and non-technical tracks.

The program runs June–August, up to 40 hours per week, with development workshops to ease the school-to-work transition. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Student in good academic standing in computing sciences or IT related programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development and performance of monthly/quarterly reporting and ECO reporting.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across business projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values; ensure attendance.
