Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects across various tracks, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops that focus on core business concepts.

Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas with up to 40 hours per week; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program; high school diploma required.
• Majors: Business, Computing, MIS, or related fields; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI, ACL, SAS, Python or similar data analysis tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support MAR and Operational Audit tasks and dashboards.
• Assist with policy uploads and documentation.
• Generate audit dashboards using Power BI and assist with meetings and reporting.
• Participate in development workshops and projects mentored by supervisors.
