Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New York, NY (open to remote workers near a client office) for a 12-month engagement. The role oversees process design, project coordination, and strategic problem solving for the Kiosk platform, with daily stakeholder interaction.

You will drive operational efficiency, coordinate vendors, and address customer-facing operational challenges while supporting team members across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a similar coordinator role.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
• Demonstrated background in navigating and solving complex customer-facing problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and streamline operational processes and serve as the operational glue for program initiatives and logistics.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges for the Kiosk platform and proactively address driver and rider pain points.
