Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation scheduling and dispatch with installers.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory control.
• Review inbound communications and respond promptly.
• Audit daily paperwork and confirm payments/invoices.
• Monitor payments and invoices posted correctly.
• Maintain installer schedules and ensure timely installations.
