• End-to-End CRM & Promotion Execution: owning the full lifecycle of campaigns, from building and launching targeted communications to managing promo codes and ensuring precise user targeting.
• Performance analytics & monitoring: tracking campaign flow performance, pulling results, estimating incrementality, and providing data-driven recommendations for scalability.
• Process codification: documenting operational best practices and defining functional requirements to enable automation and scalable growth.
