Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Waltham, MA is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Intake Manager. The role operates Monday-Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST with potential remote work after initial on-site training.

The candidate will supervise intake staff, coordinate with Pharmacy Operations leadership, and ensure accurate, timely dispensing while maintaining excellent patient service. Compensation starts at $82,000+. Benefits include 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy, Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician, Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Desired: Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff to maintain positive environment and teamwork.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures.
• Recruit, hire, orientate, develop, and train intake staff; coach and performance-manage.
• Audit intake workflow and ensure adherence to policies and SLAs.
• Review patient profiles and orders for accuracy and compliance.
