Job summary

Onco360 Buffalo is seeking a Pharmacy Intake Manager for a full-time role with on-site hours, Monday–Friday 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST. After initial on-site training, remote work may be possible.

The role oversees the intake team, manages patient and prescription communications, and ensures accurate patient profiles and order processing. You will lead a team, implement procedures, and collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, while upholding compliance and quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and pharmacy technician licensure per state law.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician credential preferred or required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong typing, math and pharmacy terminology skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake and prescription-related communication including fax server and e-prescriptions.
• Ensure accurate patient profiles and order setup; supervise intake staff.
• Monitor QA by reviewing orders and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Director of Pharmacy Operations on procedures and training.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
