Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Intake Manager for our Louisville, KY location. Role includes supervising intake staff, ensuring accurate processing of patient prescriptions, and collaborating with Pharmacy Operations leadership. On-site with remote work possible after on-site training.

Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or GED and appropriate pharmacy technician license per state law.
• 5+ years in a pharmacy setting with at least 1 year supervising staff.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) required or preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician or Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff and foster a positive environment.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations in daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, and coach intake staff; manage performance.
• Manage daily workflow, productivity trends, and adherence to policies.
• Audit patient profiles and orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle escalations and drive process improvements.
