Onco360 is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Intake Manager at our Houston, TX location. The role focuses on leading the intake team to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient orders and refills, while coordinating with Pharmacy Operations.

You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with policies. Remote work is possible after completing on-site training; candidate must reside within commuting distance to Houston.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Required: 1+ years supervisor experience.
• Desired: 7+ years in healthcare/pharmacy with 3+ years in management.
• Desired: Specialty pharmacy or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises intake staff in a leadership role to maintain a positive working environment and reduce turnover.
• Assists Director of Pharmacy Operations in day-to-day operations and implementing new procedures for timely dispensing.
• Recruits, hires, orients, develops, and trains intake staff; conducts performance management and corrective actions.
• Manages daily workflow, Pulse reporting, and productivity trends; audits adherence to Policies and Procedures.
