Job summary

Onco360 Woodridge, IL is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Intake Manager to oversee patient/prescription communications, set up patient profiles, create new orders, and manage refill requests. Remote work is possible after initial on-site training, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CT.

Salary starts at $81,000+. The role requires leadership, strong pharmacy knowledge, and compliance with confidentiality laws; benefits include 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy, Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician, Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Desired: Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises intake staff in a leadership role to maintain a positive working environment and minimize turnover.
• Assists Director of Pharmacy Operations in day-to-day operations and implementing new procedures for accurate, timely dispensing.
• Recruits, hires, orients, develops, and trains new associates; evaluates and coaches staff; delivers corrective action as needed.
• Manages daily workflow, productivity trends, and adherence to policies and procedures within the Intake team.
