Job summary
Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intake Supervisor to lead the intake team at our Waltham, MA pharmacy. This full-time role focuses on triaging patient and prescriber communications, processing electronic prescriptions, and building patient profiles with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- 4+ years pharmacy experience
- Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree desired
Responsibilities
- Supervise intake staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Create patient profiles and process orders from e-prescriptions and faxes
- Assist Manager in daily pharmacy operations and implement new procedures
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train new associates; coach and manage performance
- Monitor daily activity and adjust resources to meet workloads
- Control operating expenses and optimize staff utilization
- Collaborate with management on other projects and initiatives
- Comply with state/federal laws and REMS programs
