Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in New Hyde Park, NY is hiring a Pharmacy Intake Manager for full-time, Monday–Friday 11:30 am–8:00 pm EST. Remote work may follow after on-site training.

This role oversees intake activities, profiles, and order entry, leading the team to deliver timely pharmacy services to patients and providers. Requires 5+ years in a pharmacy setting with supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and pharmacy terminology expertise.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; Pharmacist technician license as required by state law; prior pharmacy experience.
• Desired: Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician; Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake activities including main fax server and prescription queue; ensure proper patient profiling and order entry.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations in daily operations and implementation of new procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach intake staff; manage corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor daily workflow, audits, and adherence to policies; report productivity trends.
