Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Intake Manager for a full-time role. The position starts on-site with potential remote work after initial training, Monday–Friday, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a pharmacy setting, pharmacy technician certification, and leadership experience. Salary starts at $80,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Must have 1+ year of supervisor experience.
• Requires Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) and state licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff and foster teamwork to minimize turnover.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations in daily operations and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train new associates; coach and manage performance.
• Manage workflow, compliance, and KPI tracking for intake processes.
