Responsibilities

• Provide solutions via personalized service and support for mortgage accounts in a call center.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, offering timely and accurate information.
• Explain regulatory topics, escrow, taxes, and insurance as needed.
• Process transactions such as payments and account changes, and document outcomes.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and communicate loss mitigation options when appropriate.
• Maintain schedule adherence and participate in monitoring programs to ensure quality.
