Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams and managing escalations

Responsibilities

• Monitors and oversees activities involved with support of sales, service and execution.
• Recommends and implements improvements to drive desired client experience.
• Provides performance reports to leadership.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Manages client exceptions and high-level escalations.
• Maintains relationships with internal/external service partners.
• Oversees development of the Corporate & Institutional Banking Merchant Services team.
• Directs and manages all sales, service and execution support for complex client relationships and leads staff to KPI achievement.
