Job summary

You will manage Relationship Management and Service Support staff, set expectations, coach performance, and ensure service quality. Remote work may be approved for select locations, with occasional in-office needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Merchant Services experience.
• Experience leading service teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Knowledge of interchange, pricing structures, and merchant services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client experience and long-term portfolio health.
• Lead a team of Relationship Management and Service Support professionals.
• Coach performance, set expectations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
