Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Solution Manager II in Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Merchant Services.

You will lead a team delivering the day-to-day client experience and long-term portfolio health across an assigned book of existing Merchant Services clients. You will manage Relationship Management and Service Support professionals, set expectations, coach performance, and ensure service quality, revenue protection, and growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Merchant Services, interchange economics, and pricing structures is required.
• Experience leading service teams and managing escalations in Merchant Services is preferred.
• Roles typically require a university/college degree with 5+ years of industry experience and 3+ years of management experience.
