After completing the 8-week IMSTP, you will operate in an office setting with a 37.5-hour week, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a potential for part-time telework.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in interviewing or data analysis.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Eligible within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Responsibilities

• Eligibility Review: Evaluate applications and determine program eligibility (financial assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, Nursing Home Care, Waivers).
• Customer Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to gather information and understand client circumstances.
• Policy Application: Interpret and apply state and federal regulations for accurate case decisions.
• Data Entry: Enter information into automated systems and perform manual calculations for case processing.
• Case Documentation: Write clear, thorough case comments to document changes and decisions.
• Deadline Management: Complete all assigned work within required timeframes and procedures.
