Job summary

Fourth is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the Austin area to lead customer onboarding, configuration, and adoption of Fourth solutions. You will act as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through design, setup, and go-live readiness while coordinating with PMs and technical teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer-facing SaaS roles, strong communication skills, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role such as implementation or professional services.
• Experience with SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding and ensure readiness for implementation.
• Design and configure Fourth solutions to meet business needs.
• Assess readiness early and flag risks, gaps, dependencies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations.
• Work with Project Managers and tech specialists early on.
• Share product knowledge and best practices with customers.
• Support change management activities to drive adoption.
• Serve as main customer liaison during implementation.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and self-service docs.
