Job summary

Fourth is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide payroll, HR and benefits deployments for mid-to-large clients across the US. You’ll map client requirements, configure the HCM system, load historical data, train admins, and support go-live to ensure a flawless first payroll.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll software implementations, strong multi-state knowledge, and excellent communication. This remote role offers extensive collaboration with client teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing payroll software for PEO/ASO clients.
• Proven ability to configure payroll, HR and benefits modules.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover client requirements and document for sign-off.
• Create project plans and timelines with client and team.
• Configure company, payroll, and HR in the HCM system.
• Load historical payroll data and balance records.
• Deliver administrator and manager training.
• Support first 30 days post go-live.
• Lead workflow for implementation team.
• Ensure a perfect first payroll for a referenceable client.
