Qualia is seeking an Implementation Manager for SMB customers in Austin, TX, with remote options. You will guide the onboarding journey, configure deployments, and ensure a timely graduation to the Qualia platform.

You will collaborate with customers’ leadership and Qualia teams to demonstrate ROI and drive success. Strong communication and CRM/tools experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role
• Ability to understand customer needs and articulate Qualia value
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong communication across departments and with customers

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of SMB customers during the critical onboarding period
• Become a Qualia software expert to configure deployments
• Coordinate with customers' GMs and CSMs to align on goals and ROI
• Graduate customers from implementation with high satisfaction
