Job summary

RealWork is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Austin to support client CRM integrations, audits, and troubleshooting. The role is client-facing and involves Zoom meetings, phone calls, and collaboration with Product & Engineering teams.

You will work on establishing CRM integrations (Zapier/direct), editing website layouts with responsive HTML/CSS, and maintaining CSS libraries while supporting the onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Zapier
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Google Sheets and data formulas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 1+ years of website design/development support
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, etc.

Responsibilities

• Establish CRM integrations with Zapier or direct methods
• Perform integration audits to ensure RealWork CRM integration works
• Troubleshoot and feedback on customer issues
• Edit website layout using responsive HTML/CSS practices
• Prepare and maintain CSS code library and internal Confluence FAQ
• Support customer service inbound queue during peak times
• Install RealWork widgets on customer sites and consult on best practices
