Job summary

Altria is seeking a Manager, H2R Operations Delivery & BPO Management in Richmond, VA, or remotely. You will oversee the outsourced HR operations provider, ensure accurate and compliant employee data processes, and manage governance, SLAs, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead a team, coordinate with HR, technology, compliance, and audit stakeholders, and drive optimization of H2R operations, including SuccessFactors EC and ServiceNow HRSD enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading HR shared services or HR operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing an outsourced service provider (MSP) or in a BPO model.
• Experience overseeing high-volume administrative and transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end H2R Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Govern MSP relationship, including performance/SLA monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Define how work gets done by the MSP to ensure efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for complex, high-risk issues balancing risk and experience.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement of H2R processes for scalability and AI enablement.
• Partner with technology teams on SuccessFactors EC and ServiceNow HRSD enhancements.
• Act as control owner for key SOX controls and audit readiness.
