Altria Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior manufacturing leaders in Richmond, VA.

The role focuses on labor relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and change leadership to advance talent and culture initiatives. The position involves coaching, contract negotiations, and collaboration across Recruiting, Compliance & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Labor Relations, HR) is required.
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on HRBP experience in manufacturing environments including unionized facilities.
• Experience with organizational change and transformation, including manufacturing startups, acquisitions, consolidations.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations, grievance and arbitration proceedings.
• Experience or expertise in lean manufacturing and/or Integrated Work Systems (IWS) is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to adapt to different audiences.
• On-site in Richmond, VA with occasional domestic travel.

• Implement labor/employee relations strategies with manufacturing leadership and Labor Strategy teams.
• Foster positive relations with union leadership.
• Coach leaders to build capabilities and enhance employee experience.
• Contribute to planning and execution of contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compliance & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Service Delivery partners.
• Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and leadership capability.
