Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. seeks a Director of Talent Analytics & Workforce Insights in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work model. You will lead a team turning workforce data into strategic insights that influence talent decisions and employee experience.

You’ll define a roadmap for analytics, partner with HR and IT on data governance, and advance predictive analytics to forecast talent needs and retention risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in HR, people analytics, or related field with leadership experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into analyses and actionable insights.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and tools.
• Experience with HR data systems and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a skilled team of analysts and researchers delivering talent analytics and workforce insights.
• Set the vision and roadmap for talent analytics aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Measure and analyze talent data to provide proactive insights on trends and risks.
• Own Employee Listening strategy including engagement and pulse surveys.
• Build forecasting and predictive capabilities using AI to support workforce planning.
• Define and track key talent metrics and impact on business outcomes.
• Partner with HR, IT, and GBS to strengthen data governance and privacy.
• Champion automation and scalable reporting for leaders.
