Job summary

S&S Activewear in the Central/Northern Los Angeles territory seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth and expand new business. This full-time role requires 3-4 days of weekly travel and quarterly overnight engagements, with a remote option and a focus on building durable customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in field sales, preferably in promotional products or apparel, excellent communication, and a disciplined approach to territory planning to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with proven track record of professional achievement.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with promotional products and apparel industry experience highly valued.
• Superior communication abilities in verbal and written interactions.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives territory P&L performance through strategic management of customer volume, sales, and profitability metrics.
• Executes in-person account engagement with call planning, analysis, presentation delivery, and follow-through.
• Cultivates relationships across customer organizations from ownership through sales, service, and merchandising teams.
• Collaborates with Account Manager to optimize customer service, sales opportunities, and engagement frequency.
• Leads new product launches, programs, and strategic sales planning with vision.
• Represents S&S Activewear at industry events to strengthen market position.
