Aspirus Health is seeking an Epic Claims & Remittance Applications Analyst to join our team. The role requires deep knowledge of information systems, independent problem solving, and effective cross‑functional collaboration with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and clerical staff.

The analyst will evaluate systems, analyze alternatives, and implement enhancements to support patient safety, workflow efficiency, and cost containment, with remote work eligibility for qualified states.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with claims and remittance workflows in a healthcare setting.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Hospital Billing experience and certification.
• Bachelor-level degree in business, IT, clinical field, or related area, or 2–5 years of healthcare/IT experience.
• Proven ability to teach/train and participate in system implementations/go-lives.
• Strong SDLC understanding and ability to work with clinical/administrative processes.

• Analyze and support claims and remittance application workflows.
• Research, propose, and implement improvements to existing systems.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to optimize patient safety and cost containment.
