Job summary

Health Choice Network Inc. is seeking an Application Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute PB Claims and Remittance workflows. You will troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate billing processes.

The role requires an Epic Resolute PB certification and strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations. This is a fully remote, US-based position with a salary of $90,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims and Remittance is required.
• Experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing and supporting Claims and Remittance functionality.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes including professional billing, claims submission, remittance, denials, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary application support contact for end-users on Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues impacting professional billing, claims processing, and remittance.
• Perform system maintenance, manage work queues, and address remittance errors.
• Participate in design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Professional Billing functionality.
• Develop and execute test scripts and coordinate with stakeholders prior to implementation.
• Identify workflow optimization opportunities and drive system enhancements.
