Job summary

Valleywise Health seeks an Epic Resolute HB/PB/Claims Applications Systems Analyst III to oversee deployment and optimization of Epic-based hospital software across a large health system. You will analyze vendor software against clinical workflows and mentor junior staff.

Working remotely, you will coordinate with the PMO, lead IT deployments, and advance performance improvement initiatives while upholding our values. A strong background in healthcare IT and Epic certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires five (5) years of healthcare, consulting, and/or IT experience in deployment and development of application software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, IS, or related field; Master's preferred; Doctorate may substitute.
• Vendor-proprietary hospital application software knowledge and Epic experience preferred.
• Certification/licensure for relevant applications; fingerprint clearance card mandatory.
• Strong analysis, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and develop vendor-proprietary hospital application software to run business, clinical, or financial systems.
• Analyze existing and proposed software to ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
• Coordinate project teams to achieve goals, mentor junior analysts, and lead deployment efforts.
• Educate others on best practices and participate with the Project Management Office to optimize IT initiatives.
