Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI seeks a Senior Applications Analyst for the Patient Access team. You will lead content issues, serve as SME for Epic Patient Access modules, and collaborate with clinicians and staff to optimize workflows and patient safety.

The role involves project management, analysis, design, implementation, and user training of clinical information systems; remote eligible with full-time/1.0 FTE status, supporting hospital operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Epic certification for Patient Access modules (Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, RTE, Welcome).
• Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Technology, clinical area or related field, and/or 5+ years of healthcare/IT experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing clinical information systems; prior teaching/training and project management experience.
• ITIL course to be completed within one year of hire.
• HIMSS certification within one year of hire.
• Very efficient in using computer tools in a clinical setting.
• Strong SDLC understanding including project definition, requirements, design, build, implementation and training.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage several issues simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the leader and SME for content issues and solutions in Patient Access.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technologists and other staff; coordinate with admin and external vendors.
• Perform project management, analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software.
• Understand department workflows and assist customers to improve patient safety and cost containment.
• Maintain communications across departments and support SDLC processes.
