Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience with epic professional claims for back-end roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic system build and ongoing maintenance.
• Define system setup requirements and document them.
• Participate in system design and upgrades.
• Work with Epic technical staff to resolve application issues.
• Learn Epic technology and perform system maintenance tasks such as imports and basic reporting.
• Ensure system builds adhere to TEC policies and document stakeholder requirements.
