Job summary

You’ll work locally both in-person and by phone, growing a strong pipeline through community involvement and referrals.

You will develop dealer and partner relationships, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives while staying informed

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
