Job summary

National General Holdings Corp., a member of the Allstate family, is expanding its Direct Auto Insurance sales team. The Direct Sales Agent Specialist drives growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships with local clients.

You’ll generate a strong pipeline through local leads, referrals, and community partnerships, selling in person and over the phone. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with uncapped monthly incentive and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
